David Boult
David Boult first visited the North in 1984 while conducting research for his master’s thesis on Inuit economic development. His experiences were so positive that he continued to work with Inuit communities, northern governments, organizations and businesses for the next three decades.
Dave’s professional areas of expertise include community economic development, social/health policy development, business development, program evaluation and socio-economic research. Recent projects include developing a workshop for entrepreneurs, the development of a strategic plan for the Nunavut Housing Corporation, a study looking at the challenges impacting the development of an Inuit nursing workforce, and the development of strategic business plans for two leading Inuit economic development organizations.
David is a strong believer in helping communities achieve their goals and strengthen their capacity through a spirit of cooperation, respect and dedication. He works closely with clients to ensure their needs are clearly understood, and their expectations met and exceeded. David’s repeat client list is testament to the quality of the work he does and for the respect and consideration he exercises on every project.
